Onsite Consultancy

The onsite consultancy would consist of a pre consultancy visit by a qualified consultant in order to assess your current management system status. During this visit the requirements of the business would be assessed in order to comply with the ISO9001:2008 management system.

This assessment would be followed by an immediate quote that would normally include an estimated date for completion and certification to ISO9001:2008 by an accredited organisation i.e. SGS, BSI, Lloyds, IMS World, TUVQA, NQA, EAQA etc.

A-Quas Consultants Ltd is a company that is on the approved professionals register for Business Link. As a result clients may apply for funding to pay 50% of the project fee if the area they are based in is in the funding zone.

On site consultancy would consist of:

Recording all of the activities within the business in flowchart format
Ensuring the activities are compliant with the ISO9001:2008 standard
Adjusting the management system where required to ensure compliance with the ISO9001:2008 standard
Adding records and forms if required
Amending or improving records and forms where required
Setting achievable targets within the business
Auditing the system against the standard and the quality manual
Amending the manuals or the systems where audits identify a discrepancy
Holding a management review to assess the previous status of the company, current status and the projected status
Inviting the accredited organisation to audit the company against the ISO9001:2008 standard
Attending the visits from the accredited organisation until certification is acquired
